White On White Crime *UPDATED*

I dunno, what do you think. Is this the way that Stand Your Ground is supposed to work?

*UPDATE*  Reassuringly even a Texas Jury has decided that stand your ground doesn't apply to this case. I'm honestly a little less worked up about the law now, if such obvious violations can be seen as such. Of course, if those neighbors had been wearing hoodies, maybe they'd still be in chambers, deciding.
