Asked to clarify that he used the word “uppity,” Westmoreland said, “Uppity, yeah.”Oh how I wish I could say I TOLD YOU SO! But hey, just because one Republican in Georgia uses a term that describes Nigras who don't know their place, it doesn't mean that's what they're all thinking. All we know for sure is, if a white man runs for the highest office in the land, he's a leader and if a black man does it, he's arrogant. See? It's the Obama camp that keeps dragging racism into this!
